What we believe

Small teams ship better software.

Every product here is run by fewer people than most companies assign to their logo. That is the strategy.

Boring technology is a feature.

We pick the dullest thing that will still be running in five years.

Good tools collect fees, not attention.

Software for working people should be glanced at, trusted, and closed. If a customer spends an evening in one of our apps, we treat it as a bug report.

Every product must survive a real Tuesday.

We build for the rainout, the refund, the double-booked field, and the parent who replies-all.

If it isn’t worth a high five, it doesn’t ship.

Company policy since day one. It is also where the name comes from.
