high5labs.com is run by High5 Labs LLC (“we,” “us”), a North Carolina company. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Our products
Every product we sell ships with its own terms of use, licensing terms and refund policy, linked from its own site and beside its price on Products. Snug’s are at snug.menu/terms.html. Where a product’s terms and this page disagree about that product, the product’s terms win.
Purchases
Orders are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record for our products. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the transaction itself; the product’s refund policy applies to refunds, and Paddle issues them.
The site
The words, images and code on this site are ours or used with permission. You may read, link to and quote from it. Please don’t republish it wholesale, scrape it, or pass it off as your own. Screenshots of our products may be used to talk about our products.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, and we make no promise that it always will be.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High5 Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site. For a product you have bought, the liability terms in that product’s own terms apply.
