Refund Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
Every Mac app we sell can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, and you do not have to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Reply to your purchase receipt, or email the support address on the app’s own site (for Snug, support@snug.menu) from the email address you bought under. We do not need an explanation. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Who processes it
Purchases are handled by Paddle, the merchant of record for our Mac apps. Your receipt comes from Paddle, the charge on your statement reads PADDLE.NET*, and the refund is issued by Paddle. You can also request a refund directly through paddle.net using the details on your receipt.
Each product’s own window
The refund window belongs to the product, and each app’s site carries its own policy. For Snug it is 14 days from purchase, money back, no reason needed: see snug.menu/refunds.html. Where a product’s own refund policy and this page disagree about that product, the product’s policy wins.
Trials
Where a product offers a free trial, the trial runs before any charge, so there is nothing to refund until you decide to buy. Snug, Macdials and DOCKERDRE each have a 14-day trial with no card required, and Footman has a free tier.
Getting in touch
Questions about a charge, a receipt or a refund go to the support address on the app’s own site. Anything else goes through our contact page.
