How buying works

Who takes the order

Paddle is the merchant of record for every High5 Labs product. Paddle charges the card, works out the tax, sends the receipt, and issues any refund. Your statement says Paddle, on behalf of High5 Labs.

One price

When a product is a one-time purchase, that is the last time it asks for money. Updates within that major version are included.

Your key, your machine

License keys validate on your own computer. There is no account to keep and no server whose downtime can lock you out.

Refunds

Each product’s refund policy is linked beside its price. Snug’s is 30 days, money back, no reason needed.
