This site keeps almost nothing, and what it keeps you typed yourself. Each product has its own policy, written for what that product actually does.

What high5labs.com collects

Nothing on its own. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no cookie of ours. The pages are static files.

• The contact form. If you write to us through it, Netlify (our host) stores the name, email address and message you submit so we can reply. We keep it for as long as the conversation is open.
• Fonts. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sees the request the way any web server does. Nothing about you travels with it beyond what a browser sends to fetch a file.
• Hosting. Netlify serves the site and keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) under its own policy.

Our products

Every product we sell has its own privacy policy, and that policy is the one that applies when you use it. Snug’s is at snug.menu/privacy.html. As other products go on sale, their policies are linked beside their price on Products.

Purchases

Orders are handled by Paddle, the merchant of record for our products. Paddle processes your payment details and email address to deliver the product and the receipt, under Paddle’s privacy policy. We see order records (email, product, amount) through Paddle’s dashboard so we can help with support and refunds. We never see your card number.

Children

This site and our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
