Your songs, reference material and practice history are stored on your device. Metronome has no account with High5 Labs to create.
Your library
Songs, tempos, setlists, notes and practice history are saved locally. Files and photos that you import are copied into the app’s local storage. Deleting a song removes its references and local attachment copies.
iCloud library sync is not available in the current development build. Imported files and photos are local attachments, not a cloud file library. Your device’s own backup settings may include app data.
Metronome does not send usage analytics or diagnostic logs to High5 Labs. A local diagnostic log helps investigate problems and remains on the device unless you choose to share it.
External services
When you save an untitled YouTube or Spotify link, the app requests its title from that service. The request includes the link and normal network information, such as your IP address.
Opening a lesson video or web reference connects to its provider. Playing a YouTube video loads YouTube’s embedded player. Music links open the relevant music app or website. Those providers receive the request and may use cookies or account information under their own privacy policies.
Metronome stores links to these services. It does not upload your local charts, photos, notes or practice log to them.
Purchases
Pro purchases and restoration use Apple’s App Store. Apple handles payment information. Metronome reads purchase status to unlock Pro features; High5 Labs does not receive your payment card details through the app.
The app is in development and is not available for purchase yet. Prices and availability will appear in the App Store when it is released.
Support
Email support@high5labs.com for a question, a bug or help with your library. Include your device, system version and what happened. Share screenshots or a diagnostic log only if you want to include them.
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you send. We use them to respond and investigate the issue. Metronome has no studio account or server-side library for us to access or delete.
App terms
Metronome uses Apple’s standard end user license agreement. App Store purchase and subscription controls are managed through Apple.
