Misparked
A phone call you can actually dispatch on.
Resident reporting for private parking lots. A resident scans the code on a small plate under the tow-away sign their lot already posts, photographs the vehicle, and the towing company already under contract at that property receives a complete job: the photo, the plate, the exact spot and the time.

What it does
The report arrives complete
- No app, no account. The code on the plate opens a web page. A resident confirms their number once, by tapping a link Misparked texts them, and never again on that phone.
- The photo reads itself. The plate and a description of the vehicle are read off the photograph, and the resident checks them rather than typing them.
- It goes to whoever is already under contract. Misparked does not pick a towing company. The report reaches the one whose name is already on that property’s sign.
- The towing company decides. Every report carries a photo and a track record for the number it came from. The driver still confirms the violation on arrival, as they always have.
- Nobody learns who reported. The reporter’s number never reaches the towing company or the vehicle owner. A resident learns how a report ended, never when a truck is on its way.
Why it exists
Somebody is blocked in
They find the sign, call the number on it, and try to describe a car to a dispatcher who cannot see it. By the time a truck arrives the car may be gone, so a towing company stops sending trucks to the properties where most trips find nothing.
A Misparked report is a car that is there now, with a photo of it, which makes those properties worth driving to again.
