What it does

Five jobs, off your plate

  • A personal booking page. Your availability, your sessions, your location — one link parents can actually use, instead of a text thread that starts with “are you free Thursday?”
  • Prepaid session packs. Parents buy 10, credits burn one per session, and the ledger tracks every burn. Nobody argues about who’s paid up, because nobody has to remember.
  • The ledger itself. Every session, credit, and refund in one running record — the product’s namesake, and the reason tax season is an export instead of an archaeology dig.
  • A leads inbox. Parents inquire, you reply. Your phone number stays yours until you decide otherwise.
  • No-show and late-cancel policies. Written once, enforced politely by the machine — not awkwardly by the coach, at the fence, in front of the kid.

Why it exists

Coaches run real businesses. Their tools don’t know it.

Thousands of independent coaches book sessions through group chats, collect through Venmo, and reconcile — when they reconcile — from memory. That works right up until a parent asks how many credits are left on the pack they bought in March. Bookkeeping shame is real, and it keeps good coaches from raising rates, enforcing policies, or treating the work like the business it already is.

The existing marketplace platforms will happily fix this for 10–20% of every dollar a coach earns. Rostr charges a platform fee of exactly 0% — you pay your card processor and no one else. We can afford this posture because Rostr runs on deliberately dull infrastructure we can refer to by name, and because its premium sibling, Sideline, carries the studio. The coach with a day job gets the ledger free. That was the whole idea, and we’re sticking to it.
